Fuchsia Commodities is dedicated to assisting international clients in acquiring and exporting rare earth metals. These metals are primarily sourced from Tanzania, Zambia, DRC and Uganda, and we’ve listed some of them below:

01. Base Metals

Copper Cathodes:
Our trading activities encompass copper cathodes, the purest form of copper, widely utilized in electrical, plumbing, and industrial sectors.

02. Industrial Minerals

Gypsum Ore:
Industrial minerals like gypsum ore are part of our trading portfolio, essential for the construction industry in products like plasterboard and cement.

Limestone Ore:
Limestone ore is another industrial mineral we trade, vital for cement production, construction, and various industrial applications.

Copper Concentrate:
We trade copper concentrate, a significant base metal product employed in smelting and refining processes.

Copper Ore:
Copper ore is a core base metal we trade due to its wide-ranging applications in electrical and construction industries.

Tin Ore:
Tin ore is a valuable base metal we source for various alloy and solder manufacturing applications.

Nickel Ore:

Zinc Concentrate:
Fuchsia Commodities supplies zinc concentrate to commercial partners globally. It is a versatile metal with diverse industrial applications.

Zinc Ore:
It is commonly used for galvanizing steel and iron products to protect them from corrosion, making it vital in construction, automotive, and infrastructure sectors.

Coal Ore:
As a trading company, we handle coal ore, an essential energy resource, used in electricity generation, industrial processes, and as a fuel source for heating and transportation.

Galena Lead Ore:
We deal in galena lead ore, which is considered a precious metal source due to its applications in batteries, radiation shielding, and alloy production.

Lithium/Cobalt Ore:
Our trading operations include lithium and cobalt ore, specialty metals critical for lithium-ion batteries used in electronic devices, electric vehicles, renewable energy storage, and emerging technologies.

Iron Ore:

07. Minor Metals

(Tantalalite, Antimony, Tungsten, Niobium):

Engagement

01. Key Procedural Steps
  • Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI), specifying requested product/ commodity, specifications, quantity, delivery terms and preferred method of payment
  • Supplier responds with Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Full Commercial Offer (FCO)
  • Buyer signs, stamps and returns the NDA and issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information, Company Profile and issues a Proof of Funds as a BCL/ MT199/ RWA (bank to bank)
  • Seller sends draft Sales and Purchase Contract to buyer (SPA draft)
  • Buyer signs, stamps and returns the Contract to seller (SPA signed)
  • Seller issues the Commercial Invoice and draft verbiage of BG/ SBLC/ DLC for Buyer’s bank verification
  • After receipt of the BG/ SBLC/ DLC, Seller commences the delivery of the goods to the preferred bonded warehouse or loading port, or shows the SKR of the available stock in the preferred bonded warehouse or loading port
  • Upon the arrival of the goods at the warehouse or loading port, the Seller invites the Buyer for inspection before containerization, so Buyer can instruct their International Surveyor Company to perform the Quality and Quantity Assessment
  • Seller appoints, within 48 hours, an International Surveyor Company to carry out a full Quality and Quantity assay of the goods
  • After receiving the Assay Reports, the normal process shall be followed depending on the Incoterm specified in the SPA (FOB, CIF, DPU)
02. Payment Terms
  • Bank Guarantee (BG) in favour and for the benefit of the Seller “payable on first demand”
  • SBLC (MT-760): irrevocable and unconditional cash backed Stand-by Letter of Credit in favour and for the benefit of the Seller. This SBLC should be free and clear of any liens and encumbrances. Validity of 365 days.
  • DLC: confirmed, irrevocable, revolving, transferable,divisible, operative, Documentary Letter of Credit in favour and for the benefit of the Seller, in the total amount of the contract (100%) or in the agreed amount as per contract, issued or guaranteed by one of the top 50 world banks, payable at sight, at Sellers bank, validity of minimum 90 days
  • Fund Transfer by MT103 Wire Transfer for the total product value
